CM2 Core Certification Bundle

Description

The CM2 Core Certification Bundle provides a comprehensive framework for achieving enterprise-wide configuration management excellence through a structured, scalable, and integrated approach. Spanning six progressive modules, the series equips organisations with the methodologies necessary to align business objectives with best practices. Courses included are:

• CM2-01 Foundations of Operational Excellence
• CM2-02 Requirements and the CM2 Baseline
• CM2-03 Fundamentals of Change Management
• CM2-04 The CM2 Change Process
• CM2-05 The Complexities of Lifecycle Sustainment
• CM2-06 Enterprise CM2 Implementation

Each unit is 16 hours and will be taught in order from unit 01 to unit 06, to give a total course length of 96 hours.
